We are Oazys Studio - a development team from Ukraine, building immersive FiveM resources and our own roleplay server, Oazys RP.

We didn’t start with a marketplace.
We started with a vision - to create a living, believable world.

A place where weather changes naturally, vehicles feel weight and traction, and the environment reacts to everything around you.

Everything we build comes from real development and real usage on our server.
We don’t resell assets or recycle content - we create, test, break, and rebuild until it works the way it should.

Only then do we release it here.
